In access we keep notes on clients, so instead of using the memo field, I linked the information to word. In the form I inserted a bound object field and we use a template in word so that the header is already set up and a individual file is set up for that client. But a random the files just get lost and they contain crucial info. Is there a way that I can recall the lost file, or find it on the harddrive? When I go into design mode, it won't let me select "ole/dde link" so if anyone knows what I can do anything is appreciated.
