Internet shows up transparent on my desktop

I recently bought a Surface 4 pro model and it works great but, whenever i use the internet for a while (like 3 minutes) the internet tab that i was currently looking at stays locked on my desktop.

It's not only my desktop though. It also happens when i watch something like a YouTube video in full screen (i actually think it stay like this all the time but it's only noticeable if the screen I'm currently on is either Black or gray)

I tried multiple browsers but they all do the same. Even after i restart my surface the screen still displays an after image. Its not that much of an issue but if any of you have a idea to fix this i would love to hear it. Thanks in advance.
