I am a practicing professional architect in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. While in undergarduate school, I majored in physics and math before transferring to an architectural program. My first experience with programming dates back to Fortran4 and 1970. We started our own architectural firm in 1986; it has grown to about 40 employees.
One of my roles has been to act as a systems analyst and CIO for the firm. I have become a self trained vba programmer as the result of building several InfoStar/Dbase/Access databases. I am hardly a professional programmer.
I have enjoyed referring to your site over the years for code ideas. I have learned a lot and have probably graduated from "newbee" status to "idiot - third class." Hope your members are patient!
