Hi all --- I just registered. Glad to be with you.

My handle is WallyTee. Believe it or not, I'm an 82 year-old wannabe geek. I'm semi-retired, but I spend a lot of time on my computer at home and helping out for free in my son-in-law's (and partner's) small software development and marketing firm. I mainly do advertising and marketing work, including Web site content, and I generally serve as a sort of management advisor.

Although I use computers a lot, I'm not a programmer. In my active career days ---- which started in the dark ages before TV, commercial jet airlines, digital computers, transistors and micro-chips, I was a a communications technician, a field engineer and technical manager with AT&T, RCA and GE.

I have been using MS Access off and on for about ten years. I really like working with it, but I'm far from expert. I know how to work with tables, forms, queries and macros reasonably well, but I've never worked with VBA, although I plan to start learning it today.

I live in east-central Florida near Cape Canaveral and NASA's Kennedy Space Center.

Off and running! Onward and upward!

Cheers to all ----- WallyTee

Welcome to the forum, Wally Tee. Glad to have you here. Now I will not be the oldest one on here. LOL

Just kidding.

VBA is really the power of Access. Just do some searching here or post your questions as you start your learning curve.

Hi Mr. B -- I sense a kindred spirit, age-wise, as they say. LOL

Thank you so much for the warm welcome. Hope to be communicating with you in the weeks to come. Cheers. WallyTee
