invalid syntax - reports (1 Viewer)

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this statement that I am using on Reports?

=IIf([JOBTITLE]='GRM', ([Salary]-[InterimPD]-[SessPD]+[DistTravelAmount]) –[TaxShlt] – [MedTaxShlt], ([InterimPD]+[SessPD]+[Salary]+[DistTravelAmount])- [TaxShlt] – [MedTaxShlt])

The error message I get is...
"The Expression you entered contains invalid syntax. You may have entered an operand without an operator."


Any help would be great.
