You all appear to be confusing MS Access with Jet and ACE, which are database engines. When someone asks if they can run an Access app on Android or the Web, they are NOT asking about Jet and ACE. They are asking about the Rapid Application Development (RAD) tool that is used to build Applications so the answer is NO, Access is a Windows app and REQUIRES MS Access to be installed or for the Access runtime engine to be installed.

The best solution is to run Access using Remote Desktop through a browser. Citrix is another option that will also allow you to interact with a server running MS Access via software that runs in a browser. None of the other suggestions will run an Access app. They provide ways of converting your data (which may or may not even be housed in Jet/ACE to some other platform. Jet/ACE are ODBC compliant languages so they can be accessed through web pages using ODBC but that is NOT the same as running your application.
