justify text from Right to left

Hi all
This attach justifying the text as using the justify button in a Word document

It works good in English text
can any one help me to do the same For Arabic language??

when i wright Arabic in the text it show Inverse text.

have you add arabic in keyboard and languange of Region and Language setting in control panel.
