The company I'm working with is doing a physical inventory and needs to print the inventory list (Report) 50 items to a page for reconciliation purposes. Does anyone know how to get Access 97 to print a given number of records to a page? Thanks!
What about the first page, group header pages, last page, etc? These won't be able to support 50 records per page and remain consistent with other pages.
I don't think there is a way to specify number of records per printed page in Access. You might try sizing your detail section on a full page to attain 50 records per page. Be aware of course that any fields set to Can Grow could throw it off. Good luck.

Search for Format Count, that should return however many records have been processed. You could then have a page break conditionally made visible if the Format Count = 50. Also search for conditional page breaks in help.
Sorry can't be more specific, just a top of the head suggestion.
