Hi Peter
You need to have a shared field in each of the tables you are doing a direct link with.
So to link tables 2 to 3 you link on the AccommodationId field.
You will need to add the customer number field to table 3 and then link it to table 1 on customer number.
The linkage then works
Customer number in table 1 to customer number in table 3 and AccommodationId in table 3 to AccommodiationId in table 2
Thus when you are doing your billing from table3 you identify the customer (and hence billing address) and the type of accommodation used (and hence billing value).
Need to make sure same data type in each of the fields you link on (hopefully they will be number fields!)
Does this help?
Good luck

Thanks work just right.

Glad to help.
Also makes me realise that whilst some of the things I find hard others find easy, so too, some of the things I find easy others find hard.
Makes me feel better asking some of the silly questions I ask!!
Good luck
