Link to an existing file

I'm trying to find a way to having a field within each record that shows a hyperlink to an existing file.

That in itself isn't a real problem, as I can type in the entire UNC and hyperlink from that.

What I'd like to do is have a browse option, where the user could browse to the file in question, press select and then the file location would complete automatically.

Is this possible?

Have you had any luck with this? I'm trying to do the same thing. I can get the hyperlink to display in the text box, but I cannot get the address to go along with it. So I have a link that doesn't open anything. Any help would be appreciated.
