linking excel with access

Hi

I want to have a commmand button on a form , which when I click , should open an excel spreadsheet that I already have.

Once I do some calculations on the spreadsheet, can I grab those values to textboxes in the form and use it for calculations?

Im not sure how to go about with this
I would appreciate any help
