Hi
I've exported my tasks folder from outlook 2007 to an access file and imported the data into access 2007. Works fine.
Problem is when I try the built in wizard within access to link to the outlook tasks folder I can link the table but some of the key fields are missing e.g. subject, which is the key field I need.
Linking is obviously my preferred option over importing every so often. Is there another option that will link the tasks folder and give me all the fields I need, will access 2010 give more options?
I've seen some unanswered threads on the forum regarding this and one that mentioned coding from scratch but surely access has a built in option for doing this?
