Logging on to access

I have a client/server DB (I think lol). The DB is located on a mapped drive on a server (which is common amoungst all users). The security MDW is also located where the DB is. Each workstation is setup (I think) to access the MDW file.
Users&PWs are located there.
Some users DO NOT HAVE TO LOGON!!! IN ACCESS, Whist others on different workstations must always logon. Both can perform standard user actions.
Why is this????

First we need some more info. Find out exactly how each of the different users access the db. Do the one's who have passwords use a short cut? What is the target of the shortcut? How do the other users (no password) get in? You have to delete all rights in the security file for user Admin (but make sure you have admin rights first). I have a feeling this is what is happening.
