I know this is probably a big ask, but I was always told if you don't ask you don't get....

Is there a way to have a query generate a random list from a set of records?

Essentially, what I am trying to do is create a list of 25 names, randomly, from another query which shows live employees only. Is this possible?

Looking at the end use again, the random idea wouldn't work.
