Mail Merge optional using optional combos

Hi all, new to the forum but not bad with databases.

Please see attached - have added code to open form for mail merge but would love to be able to use the method attached to select from drop downs both letter type but mainly client details to populate

Had slight issues with form fields also

Presuming the dropdown has just the file name and not the extension, this type of thing:

LWordDoc = "C:\Users\businesssupport\Documents\Valleyfield Docs\" & Me.ComboName & ".docx"
