Main Access window/form

I need to have Access open with a form that does not take up the entire screen and I don't want to see the Access stuff behind it. How can I make just the start up form appear when I open the db?

Hi Ken,

Maybe something here will help. I hear it is a pain in the rear because you have to live with all of your forms being popup and modal.

Check out my changebackgroundcolor.zip sample @ Colour

I use this method to give my apps a custom look. All you have to do is hide the database window. This method is a lot easier to manage compared to the one listed above. I also use code to force the size of my forms but this sample does not have the code I use to set the forms height and width.
