main form/sub form printing (1 Viewer)

Hi all
I have a main form holding job details with a autonumber as the jobnumber.
on the page is a subform holding item details.
When i print the form from a query I am getting all the subform details for the other jobs showing as well

What is the best way to setup the form/subform relationships and query/print
so I only print the details for that that job sheet. (the current page open)

I will send some snap shoots tomorrow of my form and print form if this helps

You usually don't want to print a form.. You want to create a report based off the information that is on the form.

You might want to also post a copy of your database stripped down, so other people can see what you are doing.

You might have a relationship/query setup problem if you are seeing information from one record bleeding over onto another record.

I will post some more details tonight of what I have setup so far
I think it was a report not a form I am printing.
