Make field visible dependant upon group

Hi all,

I have a report that groups on a field named "Action" which consists of four different values: Opened, Closed, Accepted, Mitigated.

I want to add a field named "details", but only want that field to be visible if the record appears in the "Accepted" group. Is something like this possible? I cant' find any examples anywhere.
