Make Report Do Monthly Subtotals

Hi all.

I'm having a slight problem with a report. I'm pulling in 5 fields from a query - InvoiceMonth, Country, NetValue, VAT and GrossValue.

What I'm after is to get a listing for every month of each countrys subtotals for the NetValue, VAT and GrossValue. I have done this, which works fine, but what I can't get is a monthly Grand Total for all the countrys combined. I'm sure there must be a formula for this - just not sure what it is.

Underneath each month, I want it to total the subtotals for every country.

Howzit

It looks like you are Grouping by month and have a Header for the Group. You can also put a Footer in and use a text box to sum the individual components - using the same formula as the report footer.
