Look at Conditional Formatting (Tools/Conditional Formatting).

Hi Paul,

Thanks a lot for immediate response.I am not able to find conditional formatting in tools.could u pls give me a clear idea. How can i make a aparticular record bold in msaccess.

What version do you have? Every version beginning with 2000 has Conditional Formatting. It would be in the ribbon in 2007, on the design tab I believe. I just realized I said Tools when I meant Format.

Hi Paul,

Thank you,Now I am able to see conditional formatting in design mode but unfortunatly it is disabled.Could u pls tell me how can i make it enable and what steps i should follow to get my result in report.

Regards
sam

If it is disabled, you haven't selected a control to apply formatting to yet. Have you looked in Help yet?
