Making SUM and RES operations with TABLES?

Greetings.. What I want to do is making operations with data inside the BASE table, Im gonna split weights. For example.
If I got 1000 lbs of chocolate from the same lot, and I want to split it for sending 400 lbs to a client?, Is there a Way of duplicating the the entire field just making the operation of ( 1000 - 400 )
First row with the result 600
Second duplicated row with the variable I want to make the operation = 400

Anyone coudl help with this?
Example file would be really appreciated.

Are you wanting to keep track of inventory and orders?

kryst is right - you are thinknig of this in the wrong way, and you need to be looking at mechanisms to manage inventory.

the ideal way is to store your product name - then store ALL the transactions separately, linked to orders etc as appropriate

so
1000 in
400 out
200 out

add them all together and you get
stock balance 400

that's the way to think about it
