I did need the Tables as you suggested – now I have.
What you said about Points and Quarters being the same thing was right. A bit like splitting Managers and Employees into two tables – they’re all employees – so one table. I see that now.

You were right about memo fields being wrong too I have totally dropped Memo fields. Also, you sent me to http://www.databaseanswers.org/data_models/index.htm NOT A SINGLE DATABASE ONE THERE FITS MY NEED! Which is not a criticism – I’m excited to be doing something unique and unusual.

You absolutely know what you’re talking about – I put that bit underlined because I learned when you underline things – I should take notice. I did take notice and nowadays I’m all over LookUp Fields.

You sent me to http://access.mvps.org/access/lookupfields.htm - that was a great help thank you.
So that’s everyone who’s answered my questions – thank you everyone once again.
Lastly, I still have a bunch of idiot questions to ask – in the meantime – best wishes.
