I could not find Menu design in Access...Is it available during design time?
When I searched for it I found AddMenuItem to programatically add menu...
I vaguely remember seeing menu design in VB 3.0 7 years ago...I am looking for something similiar..

This probably the simplest and stupidest question..please excuse me for that.

Thanks

Depending on your version of Access, there is a MS webpage here that might help for Acc2003. Personally I prefer to create menu bars using macros, using the "Addmenu" command - you can have line breaks, underlined characters & submenus using this method. I then link the form to the menu by entering the macro name into the form property 'Menu Bar'.
HTH, Andrew :)

Andrew..thanks for the link..
But I am not getting what I want...I followed the steps to create a menu. Then when entered the menu name in the Menu Bar property I am getting
the msg "The custom toobar <menu name> is the wrong type (menu, shortcut menu or toolbar) for the property it is being used in"

Also I am not able to create the individual menu items and add event procedure to the menu items. I mean I dont know how to do that.

Is there a complete documentation anywhere on Menu's?

Thanks
