Microsoft Calendar Control 8.0

Hi,

Currently using Excel 2013 and upon opening my spreadsheet this morning I get the message "Could not load an object because it is not available on this machine". I then go to one of my userforms and notice the calendar has gone, and it's also not an option on my toolbox (not even on additional applications).

Does anyone know a solution to this issue? Is it a version issue and not support anymore and something else has replaced it?

copy the control from another PC.
Usu in the system folder.

Thanks for replying. Our IT department has only recently updated our software from 2010 to 2013 (though a couple weeks back) and only stopped working today. As we are not the administrators of the units what would be the best suggestion for me to do? I've tried opening this sheet on serveral of the office machines and get the same error.

I've come across a solution using date pick, I'can't post link as I have made less that 10 posts.

yes, replace it with text box (the default setting for dates is activate build-in calendar)
