Question Microsoft Office Access has stpped working

I can not open my access file. It's always display the message "Microsoft Office Access has stpped working" when i open it.

I have had this same problem after using a runtime version on my machine. In general, microsoft technology is crap, which is one explanation. the other explanation would be to get rid of runtime, if you have it, reconfigure your ms office, or completely reinstall it.
