Missing Field Names in Report

I have a report called r_Trackingreport.
There is a subreport in it called r_Tracking_Sum.
If you do a Print Preview on r_Tracking_Sum you can see the field names in the Header section.
However, if you do a Print Preview on r_TrackingReport all of the data appears as expected – but the field names in the Header section of the subreport are missing.
Any ideas why this would be happening? See attached database.
