Move Discussions to Appropriate Menu

I would suggest moving discussions such as Are you an Atheist to it's appropriate menu,i.e. Debates.Others as well.

They are the only ones who can move it.

When is a discussion a debate? What should be in the watercooler? Surely most threads there are debates or discussions.

I never look at the debates section as its too low down in the order so I can't be bothered as not many post there anyway.

From my experiences in the Atheist thread there isn't a lot of debating going on there. Mostly ranting.
