Moving data to Word bookmarks (1 Viewer)

I am working with two tables tblAgency and tblSite. Most of the information from tblAgency is populated to the bookmarks and it opens a Word documentbut the sitename which is in both tables is not being populated eventhough I have set up a bookmark for the site to appear. Even if I do a print the field Sitename, it's null. What's that about? How do I correct that?

Rather than populating the bookmarks by reading the Agency table, create a query that joins the Agency table with the Site table and use the query to populate the bookmarks.
