MS Access Application Error after Accde File (1 Viewer)

Dear Expert friends,

i have developed one application for my friend using ms access 2010 and on windows 7 Professional platform.

When i sent it to my friend he couldn't open it due to the following error (see attachment also)
"The database cannot be opened because the VBA project contained in it cannot be read. The Database can be opened only if the VBA project is first deleted. Deleting the VBA project remove all the codes from the modules, forms and reports. You should back up your database before attempting to open the database and delete the VBA project"

Can you please advise how I can resolve this issues.

my users occasionally get this. (yesterday in fact)
for some reason the vb corrupts...the only solution is to give them another copy of the FE.

now, if it happens everytime, then that's some problem. I have no answer except ,dont give them accde, give them accdb.
most users dont know (or want) to dissect a db.
