MS Access needs to close!

Well Everyone I finally fereted out the problem and many thanks to all of you who helped with answers and help. The answer was found in article 317708 at microsoft which I applied and it works PERFECTLY.

Well, I can't quite figure out how you came across this as it is not the error that you were having. None the less, I am glad that you got it sorted out.

All you did was register the DLL and your trouble went away?

Yes I don't know why the dll became unregistered but somehow it affected everything in access (maybe GREMLINS )
