Multi user database (1 Viewer)

Hello forum,

I've finished my database and I'd now like to put it in use. Everyone who needs to use it (about 5 people) have Access 2k and access to a shared network drive.

I'm thinking there must be a way to share the records but lock the ones being updated but I'm missing a major step because I'm not even sure how to allow 2 people to open the same db.

Could someone point me in the right direction please?

Start by searching help for splitting a database. You should find your answers there....
