hI i was wondering if anyone can tell me if its possible to have several users accessing the same database, adding records, deleting them all at once? Ive never tried this before because ive only ever created databases for one user?

No problems. I think you can have up to 256 users.
There is an option you might take a look at: «optimistic» and «pessimistic» lockings. That could make a difference if two users modify the same record in the same time. Make a search with these two words for more information.
