My listbox is blank (1 Viewer)

My listbox is blank and I don't know why, must be something I am looking right over. The form is called frmLTCareNAvailable. Could someone take a look and let me know what I am looking straight over please?

I solved my own problem, I just needed to remove the unused table from the tables row source in the list box.
