National characters in the control caption

Hello,

I came accross a strange problem. I need to use national characters in the form's buttons. When I set caption property in the property box, MS Access 2000 shows all the characters with no problem. However, when I try to change button's caption in VBA, national characters are displayed incorrectly.

Has anybody ever come accross this?

Me.CommandButton.Caption = Chr(213) & Chr(252)

Replace "CommandButton" with the name of your control.

Start --> All Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> Character Map

for a list of the Chr codes for your characters.
