need a project / task database

Does anyone know where I can find a freeware project / task database. Got slapped with the task to create one. Tried the database wizard but none really fits the bill.

Need to track Subject, Start Date, Due Date, Completed Date, Assigned To, Notes, ect..

Not looking to avoid work and not for homework just trying to save some time.

If all else fails search on TOAD or T.O.A.D. There's one out there that'll probably come close to your needs.

It is when I need it up and populated today! Another individual within our company was supposed to be taking care of this and then figured out he was too busy.

Thanks for the info though but I am looking into Windchill Project Link which we have some intranet seats available for so hopefully it will work.

Where are you meaning to search on TOAD? Here in the forums? I only found 4 post by TOAD and none of any relevence.
