Hello all,
Im trying to merge some tables in access 2007, heres some detail

Each table was imported into access from excel spreadsheets

Those are all of the fields, so each table will have ID starting at 1 but for example, Graphics Files may be lower on a different table if there are less.

I want to combine the tables in such a way that I just add up the size, allocated, and files fields

Is there an easy way to do that?

yea so thats not legible...Heres a sample:

ID EXTENSION SIZE ALLOCATED PERCENT FILES DESCRIPTION
1 Graphics Files 4.7GB 4.7GB 49.45% 3424 Filescontainingpictures
2 .jpg 2.2GB 2.2GB 38% 2674 .jpg files
3 .bmp etc.....

Maybe that makes more sense
