Need help setting up a crosstab query

I have a table with 20,000 names in column 1.
Columns 2-8 are Yes/No questions.
I would like to set up a query to see how many people answered Yes for any combination of questions. I think a crosstab is needed, but I just can't for the life of me think how to do it.
Any ideas?
