New to Access (1 Viewer)

Hi guys

Couple of questions. This is the first time i have created a database using access and am having an issue. I know from the one part what to do but its excaping me the process to follow.

1/ Need to bind a text box to a table, now obviously i just enter the value into the control source, but i am getting confused within the box that opens up with so many different things to click on . . . can anybody give me a step by step guide.

2/ I am then looking to sum 4 text boxes to show a value in a 5th text box.

Can anybody help.

You need to bind the Form to the Table, build the form using a wizard and you will see how it works.

2 =txtbox1+txtbox2 etc in the control source of the unbound text box.
