Newbie report Question (1 Viewer)

I need to design a report just like the scenario outlined in my Attachment below.

Would someone be able to teach me how to do this please?

The main report's query should only include data from the resolution table. The subreport's query should only include data from the action table.
Recheck the master/child links after you change the queries. You may also need to force the report to refresh its fields collection. To do that, delete the query name from the RecordSource, move to a different property so the delete registers, then move back to the RecordSource and paste the name back.
