My new Access 2010 will not allow me to change the file format on any of my existing databases to 2007. I was advised to go to File>Save Database As and then select the 2007 format. However, Access will only offer me the old .mdb selection.

Could this be because we skipped straight from 2003 to 2010? Or might it be a problem with the installation?

And, I hate to sound really stupid, but... What on earth is an Access Wiki?

Thanks.

Cherry, can you post the database here (without data) so we can give it a go?

Bob,

Here is a blank copy of our backend database. I have deleted a lot of the 'working' tables' just to keep it small. There are duplicate fields in several of the tables, but having them there has saved me a lot of work on several occasions.

Thank you for taking a look.

Okay, a simple fix. Just import everything into a new, blank ACCDB file. I would get rid of the report in your backend though.

Ooooooooh, so simple! You just have a way of making things easy.

I appreciate your help.
