I don't work on Sundays, I'm just preparing some material for tomorrow morning so I'm on here at the same time as well.

Alright Pete, can you adjust your spreadsheet so it shows the exact Column Headings that you would like displayed? The one you last posted are missing some fields.

Also, you didn't mention whether they are going to be fixed Column Headings or not? This will determine wether you can do the totals at the bottom or not.

OK, still learning the terminology. I gather that Fixed Column Headings is a setting that I would have to have used in QryReceipts3 in order to produce all the columns when they were null values in Summary3.
I've had to redo the PeteCrosstab.mdb in order to change the tables in it, but I still don't know how to avoid the Parameter problem. The query needs to ask the user for the date from which the data is to be drawn...I've set up data for January 18, 2012 for example. Each day would be different (depending on the weekday and banking hours).
Maybe I can leave this for today and try it again tomorrow. Can't seem to Analyze it with Excel...keeps converting fields to text. Likely the conversion from Sterling to Dollars in our current economy! Pete
