I have a database with a form using tabbed subforms. Obviously the forms are linked using the LinkChild/LinkMaster etc properties. The problem comes in when I add a button to add a new record or when I try to add a combo box to bring up existing records. Use of either of these results in an error. The new record button gives me this error:
The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: A problem occurred while Microsoft Access was communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX control.
This is on a home computer so there is no network involved and I used the wizard so Access defined everything as far as the button is concerned. Anybody have any ideas what is going on here??
