OLE Automation Error

I have a problem. I am using Microsoft Access project (.ADP)....which is connecting to SQL Server database at the backend. I tested the application a month ago and it worked fine. But I tested today and it gave me an error

"There was a problem in accessing a property or method of the OLE object".

I am not sure what it means. I can see the tables and the views that are in the SQL Server database but when I open a form it gives me the above error.

Any ideas?
