OLE Question

I hope I'm asking this question correctly. I have an Access table containing a field with the OLE datatype. My user's requirement was to store MS Word documents right in the table. We are now converting to SQL Server, and my colleague is getting garbledy-goop when trying to export the table with the OLE field into SQL Server. Seems that the MS Word files are not importing with it. What are we doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any advise.

I dont know if the problem i struck with msword logos is related to your problem but you never know.

I had to tweak norton anti virus as it was causing a problem when
i wanted to open or design any reports that had a OLE object in it
