On View Change

Can Someone tell me what "on view change" does. I have searched here and on the web with no luck.

The helpfie alone tells you.
"Occurs whenever the specified PivotChart view or PivotTable view is redrawn"

It was a clutch of new events added to support the new Pivot views.
If you're not using your form in PivotChart/Table mode then it'll never be relevant.
