Open Report with button

About to have dinner, but not getting an Access file when I try to download that. I'll try. again later

Can you save the file in Access 2003 version ?
I use 2007 but I am not able to open your DB

Thank you AB.

@BartK
Now seems to work.

In the first report you haven't a control for Citation.
I've inserted one.
If you don't need it, DO NOT remove it. Just hide it (set visibility to NO)

In the second report you misspelled the Record Source of the report (you have an extra space)

Note:
Never never for ever use names with spaces !!!!

In my opinion you are on the wrong track.
A report should be what the name say: a report = something that is intended to be printed.
So, your first report should be replaced with a form.
In this form, the cascading combos should direct you to the last information you need (the second report).
This approach is a lot easier and elegant.

Mihail,
I didn't realize that I needed to have the citation on the report for the code to look at but now makes perfect sense. Thank you so very very much for that. I absolutely agree with you on the report, what I was trying to do is to be able to view the full report and if the user felt necessary then they could print it from that page, I just haven't made it that far yet to print the report.

As for not having spaces in the field names,table names I completely agree with you. I just had this dumped on me and they wanted some additional features added in. After I get it up to their expectations I will "clean" up the DB. Thank you once again.

Happy to helped you.
Also you should say "thank you" to AB.
It is way we always require a 2003 version.

Regarding Paul... well... he is more skilled than SUM(us) :).
I'm sure that he don't post more because he know that we, the rest, are able to solve your issue.

Good luck !

@AB
Can you help me with some money in order to buy some devices to clean-up their computers ?
If you wish, we can start a business together. :)
