Opening multi forms

Hi,

nOOb to access!!

I created a database with two identical forms link to the same query. One form is to be used by 4 workers and the other form is to be use by 15 workers. My question is "How can all the workers open the form at the same time".

Split the database into a front end and back end so each user has a copy of all the queries, forms,reports and modules on their local PC's and the data is stored in a linked file on the mainframe.

Do a search on "front end and back end" in Access help for more help.
