I receive auto-generated email notifications for all files transferred by our editors (approx. 200 daily). Everyday, I need to pull the filenames from those emails. I'd like to create a Query that will return a column of all strings that end in ".wav". At the minute, I'm able to convert the Outlook folder to an Access database file -- the database is then called "Email", the table is called "Body" (since the filename turns up in the body of the emails), each email ends up as one field (please note that there can be more than one file ending in ".wav" in an email/field), but... I'm clueless beyond that. Please advise. :banghead:
