Outlook Question

If I type in something like Jan 21st it automatically makes the 'st' on the end smaller and raises up. What setting controls this? I have a co-worker that needs it...

You could probably change it through the auto correct options, you haven't said which version but iirc it's in tools > options > spelling > auto correct and remove the entry in the list.

I can check this for you as I haven't got Outlook at home, I can check at work tomorrow if you that doesn't work (though I have got 2007).

in Word it's:

Tools/AutoCorrect options/AutoFormat as you type/Ordinals (1st) with superscript

if Word is the text editor this might solve it.
