Question Packaing And Deployment

Access 2016 development with 2013 Runtime. Been looking at Inno SetUp, but I am new to this aspect and struggling with the scripting.

Anyone want to help me out by showing me the ropes?:banghead:

I don't have experience beyond A2010 but normally the runtime version needs to match the development version.
